Equipment
Jerseys and flag belts are included with registration! Once they arrive, we’ll notify families via email. Gear pickup will be at the meet and greet on October 26, 2025. You can also pick up your gear on the first game day!
Free mouthguards provided by our generous sponsor, Lineberger Orthodontics! To claim, must visit one of their locations.
Shorts or pants must be pocket-free during practices and games. If pockets are present, they must be taped down for safety and to comply with league rules.
Players may wear plastic-molded cleats or athletic sneakers – metal cleats are not allowed.

1) When will my player receive their equipment?
Jerseys and flag belts are included in registration and will be ready for pickup once they arrive. Notification will be sent via email. Mouthguards are required at all times. Lineberger Orthodontics offers free custom mouthguards – to claim yours, you must visit one of their office locations.
2) What equipment does my player need?
NFL FLAG jersey, belt & flags (included)
Shorts without pockets (required)
Mouthguard (mandatory)
Plastic-molded cleats only (no metal)
Football gloves (optional)
3) When will I hear from my coach?
We will host a Virtual Coaches Meeting on August 19, 2025. Coaches will reach out the week before the meet and greet on October 26, 2025.
4) Will there be any practices during the week?
Practices are one hour before each Sunday game, with no additional weekday practices. We keep the weekly commitment to just 2 hours so families have time for other activities.
