Join GirlPower Carolinas this fall for an all-girls flag football season built around confidence, development, teamwork and competition. Whether your daughter is brand new to the game or already loves football, our league is designed to help every athlete learn, grow and feel part of something bigger.

Mooresville Fall League

A Sunday-only NFL FLAG season for girls in grades K–12. Players register individually, and teams are built with age, experience, buddy requests and competitive balance in mind.

We keep the season simple, organized and family-friendly so parents know what to expect before the first game.

Sunday-Only Schedule

Practices happen one hour before games. Families can expect about two hours each Sunday in total.

All Skill Levels Welcome

The league welcomes girls who are brand new to flag football as well as experienced athletes who want to continue developing.

What Players Receive

Every registered player receives a reversible jersey and flag belt for the season.

What to Bring

Players should bring a mouthguard, water, pocket-free shorts or pants, and cleats or athletic shoes.

Parent FAQs

How are teams formed?: Players register individually. Teams are built by grade division, experience level, buddy requests and overall balance.
Can my daughter play with a friend?: Buddy requests are welcome and considered when building teams, but they are not guaranteed.
Does my daughter need experience?: No. All skill levels are welcome. New players can learn the game while experienced players continue improving.
When will families hear from their coach?: Families will hear from their coach before the season begins with team details and information about what to expect.
