Our free K–12 skills clinic is a great opportunity for players to continue developing their skills, improve their flag football IQ and invite a friend to experience GirlPower Carolinas.

What Players Can Expect

Learn. Develop. Have Fun.

The clinic is designed for girls in kindergarten through 12th grade, whether they are new to flag football or already have experience.

Skill Development

Players will work on foundational flag football skills through age-appropriate instruction, drills and activities.

Football IQ

Athletes will continue learning the game, understanding key concepts and building confidence in game situations.

Girls-Only Environment

Players can learn, compete and have fun in an encouraging environment created specifically for girls.

Bring a Friend

Know a girl who wants to try flag football? Invite her to join you. No previous experience is necessary, and the clinic is completely free.
