About the Program

Competitive Girls Travel Flag Football

GirlPower Carolinas PRIME is our competitive travel flag football program for girls who are ready to continue developing in a more focused and competitive environment.

Athletes train in a structured, empowering setting focused on skill development, confidence, football IQ, teamwork and leadership.

PRIME teams compete in regional and national tournament environments, giving girls opportunities to face strong competition and represent GirlPower Carolinas at a higher level.

Our PRIME tryouts brought together an outstanding group of athletes ready to compete, learn and demonstrate what they could contribute to a team.

The effort, energy and coachability throughout the evaluation process reflected exactly what we want PRIME to represent. We are excited to continue developing these athletes and building strong, competitive teams.

PRIME on the National Stage

10U PRIME at the AAU Junior Olympics

Our 10U PRIME team traveled to Iowa to compete at the AAU Junior Olympics and represent GirlPower Carolinas on the national stage.

The experience gave our athletes the opportunity to compete against teams from outside our region, respond to a higher level of competition and create lasting memories together.

National competition helps athletes grow in confidence, independence, resilience and pride while representing their team and community.
