Everything Families Need To Know

We keep the season simple, organized, and family-friendly so parents know what to expect before the first game.

Sunday-Only Schedule

No weekday practices required. Families can expect about two hours each Sunday, including warm-up/practice time and games.

All Skill Levels Welcome

Our league is open to girls who are brand new to flag football as well as athletes who already have experience and want to keep developing.

What Players Receive

Every registered player receives a reversible jersey and flag belt for the season.

What To Bring

Players should bring a mouthguard, water, pocket-free shorts or pants, and cleats or athletic shoes.

Parent FAQs

How are teams formed?: Players register individually. Teams are built by grade division, experience level, buddy requests, and overall balance.
Can my daughter play with a friend?: Buddy requests are welcome and considered when building teams, but they are not guaranteed.
Does my daughter need experience?: No. All skill levels are welcome. We create an environment where new players can learn the game and experienced players can continue improving.
When will families hear from their coach?: Families will receive team communication before the season begins with important details and what to expect.
