GirlPower Carolinas offers all-girls flag football leagues for K–12 athletes throughout the Charlotte area, with Sunday league locations in Mooresville, North Carolina and Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Girls Flag Football Built Around Her
Both league locations follow the same GirlPower Carolinas approach: organized, welcoming and competitive flag football designed specifically for girls in grades K–12.
All Girls K–12
Age-appropriate divisions give girls the opportunity to learn, compete and build friendships alongside other female athletes.
Sundays Only
Games are played on Sundays between 1:00–3:00 PM by age division, with practice one hour before each game.
All Skill Levels
New players and experienced athletes are welcome in a positive, development-focused environment.
NFL FLAG
Athletes learn the fundamentals of flag football through organized 5-on-5 NFL FLAG play.

How League Registration Works
Joining a GirlPower Carolinas girls flag football league is simple.
Choose Your League
Select Mooresville, NC or Fort Mill, SC based on the location that works best for your family.
Complete Registration
Enter your athlete's information and submit registration through the GirlPower Carolinas registration system.
Get Ready to Play
After registration closes, families receive team, coach and season information before Opening Sunday.
