Mooresville Fall League

A Sunday-only NFL FLAG season for girls in grades K–12. Players register individually, and teams are built with age, experience, buddy requests and competitive balance in mind.

No problem. GirlPower Carolinas will also offer a winter girls flag football session, giving families another opportunity to join us when the fall season just doesn’t work with school, travel sports or other commitments.

Games: Sundays between 1:00–3:00 PM, based on age division. Practice is held one hour before each game.

All Skill Levels Welcome

The league welcomes girls who are brand new to flag football as well as experienced athletes who want to continue developing.

What Players Receive

Every registered player receives a reversible jersey and flag belt for the season.

What to Bring

Players should bring a mouthguard, water, pocket-free shorts or pants, and cleats or athletic shoes.

Is fall registration still open?: Standard fall registration has closed. If you missed the deadline, contact GirlPower Carolinas to see if we can still accommodate your athlete in her division.
How are teams formed?: Players register individually. Teams are built by grade division, experience level, buddy requests and overall balance.
Can my daughter play with a friend?: Buddy requests are welcome and considered when building teams, but they are not guaranteed.
Does my daughter need experience?: No. All skill levels are welcome. New players can learn the game while experienced players continue improving.
What time are games and practices?: Games are held on Sundays between 1:00–3:00 PM, based on age division. Practice is held one hour before each game.
What if fall doesn’t work for our schedule?: GirlPower Carolinas will offer a winter session as another opportunity to play. Winter registration information will be released soon.
