Whether your daughter is brand new to the game or already loves football, our league is designed to help every athlete learn, grow, and feel part of something bigger.
A Sunday-only NFL FLAG season for girls in grades K-12. Players register individually, and teams are built with age, experience, buddy requests, and competitive balance in mind.
We keep the season simple, organized, and family-friendly so parents know what to expect before the first game.
Practices happen one hour before games. Families can expect about two hours each Sunday total.
Our league is open to girls who are brand new to flag football as well as athletes who already have experience and want to keep developing.
Every registered player receives a reversible jersey and flag belt for the season.
Players should bring a mouthguard, pocket-free shorts or pants, and cleats or athletic shoes.
